TeleGroup Banja Luka (TGBA) will lead the project’s digital aspects, from data management to 6SAVA technology uptake platform. Leveraging their network, TGBA will lead specifications of ICT firefighting operational management tool and support TGHR in crafting proposals targeting this use case.
